SE - web Server Enable.

Enables the internal Web Server:
SE 0<CR> Disable Internal Web Server.
SE 1<CR> Enable Internal Web Server.

The SE setting are saved by the WP command.
The SE command is implemented in DAD141 firmware from version 1.45.
