PL4 Increments per flow unit

This command defines the number of weight increments per flow unit.
Example: The scale is calibrated with a resolution of 1g per increment and the user want to set the mass flow target in kg/hour.
PL4 must then be set to 1000 (1kg = 1000g = 1000 increments)
