PD1 Pre filling mode. Select a prefill mode by adding the values below:

"0": No prefilling at all.
"1": First Prefill with coarse value.
"2": First Prefill with fine valve.
"4": Second Prefill with coarse valve.
"8": Second Prefill with fine valve.
"16": First Prefill with medium valve.
"32": Second Prefill with medium valve.

Note: Second prefill only available in LDM88 from FW version 88.184.v.2.20 and later.

Example1: one prefil with only fine valve; set PD1= 2.

Example2: one prefil with both valves; set PD1= 3 (1+2).

Example3: two prefills - first with fine valve, second with both; set PD1= 14 (2+4+8)..
