AO0 .. AO31 Assign an output 0 .. 31 to an internal source


Valid settings are:

  • 00 - OFF. (Default).
  • 01 - ON.
  • 02 - Average or Dosing in progress.
  • 03 - Average or Dosed weight is ready.
  • 04 - Setpoint 0   [former LDU78/Check: Out0].
  • 05 - Setpoint 1   [former LDU78/Check: Out1].
  • 06 - Setpoint 2.
  • 07 - Setpoint 3.
  • 08 - Underrange.
  • 09 - Overrange.
  • 10 - Not within zero range.
  • 11 - Excactly Zero.
  • 12 - No motion.
  • 13 - Tare Set.
  • 14 - Preset Tare (ON if Tare value set by user).
  • 15 - Invalid weighing.
  • 16 - Coarse Filling   [former LDU78/Filling: Out0].
  • 17 - Fine Filling     [former LDU78/Filling: Out1].
  • 18 - Medium Filling.
  • 19 - Filling cycle active.
  • 20 - Internal state bit 0.
  • 21 - Internal state bit 1.
  • 22 - Internal state bit 2.
  • 23 - Internal state bit 3.
  • 24 - Output from SFU 0.
  • 25 - Output from SFU 1.
  • 26 - Output from SFU 2.
  • 27 - Output from SFU 3.
  • ALL other values = OFF.

Example Setting Output 0 and 1 as LDU78 with Checkweigher Firmware:
“AO 0 4”
“AO 1 5”
Will set the output 0 and 1 as setpoint 0 and 1.

Example Setting Input 0 and 1 as LDU78 with Filling Firmware:
“AO 0 16”
“AO 1 17”
Will set the output 0 as Coarse and output 1 as Fine fill controls.
